Are there additional fees?
Our pricing covers the core features of each plan. Additional charges may apply for usage-based features, like SMS notifications or extra API calls.
Can I subscribe to just one product?
Yes. AfterShip One is more cost-effective, but you can still subscribe to Shipping, Tracking, Returns, or Reviews separately. You'll find a link at the top of this page.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Like all our product plans, you can cancel anytime. You'll still have access to all features on your plan until the end of the billing period.
How does the AfterShip One quota work?
All your store's orders, excluding any canceled orders, use your plan's quota. When you subscribe to a paid plan, all orders from the previous 7 days, excluding any canceled orders, will automatically use your quota. This includes any orders imported during your free trial.
What if I go over my order quota?
If your order volume exceeds your plan's quota, an additional charge will apply per order. The rate depends on your plan and is specified in the plan details.
